Am I a terrorist? If so, doubleplusgood.

What is the world coming to when all it takes to be a terrorist is a historic flag, a belief in 3rd party politics and a healthy respect for the United States Constitution?

I learned today that I’m a terrorist. I’ve known I don’t walk the line for some time but today’s revelation came as a surprise to me.

This report (Infowars) from the Missouri Information Analysis Center, a government cooperative information agency, is intended to inform the Missouri State Police on the traits of so called modern militias which, the report contends, have an intention of harming law enforcement officers.

While I have no association with any militia you’d certainly think I did based on this report. I counted 18 references in that report which are identifiers the report attributes to militias which I along with many of the people I know identify with.

For starters just about every historic flag of America is identified as militia propaganda along with two documentaries I have personally viewed. (America Freedom to Fascism & Zeitgeist) While I may not agree with the entirety of either of the documentaries the mere fact that I’ve viewed them would likely be enough for incrimination. Further, those of us who classify ourselves as hostile to the concepts of abortion, the Federal Reserve System, any attempt at a North American Union, gun confiscation, RFID implementation, taxation and similar intrusions into a free economy and personal liberties are highly suspect.

Let’s hope that the individual officers of the Missouri State Police have more reason and respect for truth and justice than the writers of the report or else, combined with a law like this (Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act), I may have to ensure I detour around Missouri next time I’m heading that way or I might end up in Guantanamo.

Dodd laughs at Constitution – Refuses to uphold oath of office.

I attended the Health Care Forum down at the Coast Guard Academy today. Overall it was about what I expected, much hot gas was released but no cogent ideas were formed.

While I didn’t get the opportunity to unleash my health question trifecta on Dodd during the forum I did catch up with him afterward. I asked Mr. Dodd when Congress authorized Senator Kennedy to receive his honorary knighthood from England. He honestly enough told me that no such authorization came out of congress. When I then informed him that Senator Kennedy is in violation of Article I section 9 of the Constitution and asked when the Senate intended to remove Kennedy he had only laughter.

It is clear that Senator Dodd has no interest in upholding his own oath to defend the Constitution in response to Senator Kennedy’s violation of his oath of office and the Constitution.

It is obvious that we need to get rid of this clown because he has no intention of ever doing what he was elected to do, uphold the constitution.

Masters Club speaks out. Is it time to listen?

Attorney Kim Coleman gave me an exclusive 20 minute interview to explain the situation relating to Masters Club to the residents of East Hartford.

As she said during the P&Z meeting many people are worried about a long expensive legal battle that EH will ultimately lose. It looks like those people may be justified.

1.) There will be clubs somewhere because the constitutions says so.
2.) The Roberts Street location has the least impact on residential areas of all the available sites.
3.) The P&Z actions may be a 2nd violation of the constitution.
4.) Masters Club is willing to share plans with the public to ensure the design is tasteful.
