COMMISSION ON SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

MEETING

Wednesday, December 3, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.

2nd Floor Conference Room, 740 Main Street

1. Meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m.

2. Roll Call

Present: B. Gaudette, Chair, M. Beaulier, B. Corona

Absent: A. Gould, M. St. Peter, V. Lynch, F. Ingallinara, V. Chair,F.
Schroeter

3. Approval of Minutes – Motion made by M. Beaulier seconded by B. Corona
to hold minutes until next meeting.

4. Old Business

A Books V. Lynch absent. Members wish the chair to speak to
the Mayor. Also waiting to speak to the Mayor about making
banisters in Town Hall safer.

5. New Business
- Annual picnic – ?

- Motion to pay clerk by M. Beaulier seconded by B. Corona to pay the
clerk, and for pizza. Motion carried.

6 Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by M. Beaulier seconded by B. Corona to
adjourn meeting. Meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
